Cupid got a heartbreak

Cupid,

Always looking for others’ happiness,

Until one day,

Love found you.

But who would have thought, this love

would hurt you

this much.

Now you poor Cupid,

hide in the dark nights in solitude,

thinking about that love you can’t touch

And yet it’s consuming you,

thriving you to the soul.

Full of promises,

at this point better not to keep waiting,

instead of living in resilience.

Cupid got a heartbreak,

once he realises how far and unreachable his love was,

he wishes he could shoot the arrow through his beloved one.

And be eternally enchanted,

By love.
