This poem is for you
who let me sigh at night,
to you who entered my life when I least expected it,
and now
I hold you tight to my heart,
you are my accomplice and the purest love I ever had
after my mother’s.

I don’t get tired of thinking about you

and can’t help but want to possess you
because I love you,

and not even the formation of new galaxies will change it.

I like many things,
among those stars, you are my favourite star,
I send you a kiss through the sky,

I hope it reaches you despite the time difference;

I like music,

but I like more the way you make music inside of me,
while your sweet little eyes smile without saying a word, and I’m silent,

While you hold me by the hips and we dance under the moonlight.

With you, life is more beautiful and adventurous,
When I take you by the hand on new paths,

I don’t care about the world anymore,
but when I hold you tightly with my heart choking my chest,

I would like not to let you go
and small cascades of love fall from the tanned mountains of my face,

watching my precious love going to the boarding gates.
